360 Play has enjoyed much success during the past twelve years with our ground breaking Family Entertainment Centres.(FEC’s)  The blending of theme park knowledge, educational development, and serving local markets aligned to an economic model of customer repeatability has kept 360 the leading FEC brand in the UK sector for the last 10 years.  

Currently the parent group DP Leisure GB Ltd own and operate 7 sites across the UK in Milton Keynes, Stevenage, Leicester, Basildon, Redditch, Farnborough and Rushden Lakes. Internationally DP Leisure is also active in new territories as we look to share the successful of our highly trusted product and business model to new customers.  Working in a partnership as a Franchise style model or IP licence option 360 play is now available in the following regions; India, the Middle East, North America, Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain.

360 Play is a dynamic yet dependable business model which has delivered its hugely popular brand of entertainment for families with young children to well over  9 million unique users since its inception in 2009.  The DP Group has a vast wealth of experience in the creation, design and operation of Family Entertainment Centres where the mix of activities not only provides a great fun day out for youngsters and their parents but also incorporates numerous activities/education to help child development and healthy families.

360 Play’s unique offering ensures children enjoy a highly active, creative and imaginative experience so that they learn in a fun way whilst also developing social, cognitive and physical skills, all of which are so important in their younger years post the global pandemic.

The 360 Play model provides a wide range of activities from a multi storey physical play structure, mechanical rides (dodgem’s and a carousel), and climbing attractions it also includes the 360 Street creative role play zone.   Coupled with these anchor attractions there is also a variety of other, complementary experiences.  These include messy messy play, building/construction play, singing, dancing and musical play and structured activity time sessions for our youngest visitors.

Stage one – Connect with us

Join us at an industry convention or just come and view one of our operating sites once a connection is made we will be able to provide you with all initial background information from virtual tours of a location to in person meetings at any of our current operating sites.  

Once introduced to 360 play prospective partners have a full induction.  This stage includes behind the scenes exposure to the operational management systems of a live store along with insight of the in house development process that make the 360 brand the market leader of today.  Partnership introductions are conducted in the UK and involve dedicated time with our management teams at site level and global head office 30 mins north of London. 

Stage two – Assess the opportunity

During this stage we will asses the type and nature of support a partner will require along with a desk top review of the current leisure provision in the partners chosen market area. This short top level feasibility allows us to ensure we have the right partner and the right region to deliver the best outcomes.

Stage Three – Choose the right fit 

Level One Partnership – 5 years

Light support – One-off partnership agreement with up front license fee.  Includes site selection process, site detailed design and buildout specification.  Your existing management team trained the 360 way, annual support for term of partnership.

Suited to existing leisure operators with over 5 years operational experience and a proven track record of success in the service sector. Best suited to existing leisure and entertainment venues/theme parks looking for second gate attractions or diversified business in the same sector.

Level Two Partnership – 5 Years

Fully Supported – Individual site partnership agreement.  Annual license fee of 8% of turnover, site selection process, site detailed design, detailed buildout specification and project management support.  Full  operational team trained the 360 way in the UK, full remote support management from the UK to include monthly management meetings to provide strategic direction to local team while monitoring KPI’s for maximum returns, annual in person support.

Suited to entrants to the sector, shopping mall operators or investment groups who want a fully supported operating model in their location.  

Level Three Partnership

Multi Site Master partnership agreement for multiple locations or region (3 years agreement)

Multi site or regional partnership agreement, annual license fee of 8% of turnover sites 1-3, site detailed design, detailed buildout specification and project management support .  Full  operational training of SLT and front facing teams, monthly management support to provide strategic direction to regional teams while monitoring KPI’s for maximum returns. Twice yearly in person support visits and compliance monitoring for the term of the agreement. (Multi site partnership agreements are a 10 year commitment)

Suited to regional or global operators in the sector with existing operational frameworks.

Stage Four  – Deliver

Once a site has been identified and the senior project team are in place the time to opening can be as quick as 6 months of detailed fit out from an existing building shell.  Operational set up times are naturally quicker due to our existing operational sites to allow pre open training of all key front facing Senior leadership roles.  

Delivery times, subject to local approvals, are historically 12-18 months from initial introduction of a partner.

Once open the real value of the 360 business model comes through.  Our time served team in the UK are on hand to support new partner operators as they meet daily challenges thrown up in new territories.  Partners can join weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings on all aspects of the business from sales, marketing, HR, business performance and staff development our existing network of managers are a great resource to support delivering business performance.
