Gulliver's Land Theme Park, Milton Keynes

Gulliver’s Land Milton Keynes represents one of the newest turn key UK theme parks to be built in recent history built from a ‘green field’ start. The park was conceived by Duncan Phillips in 1997 as the third theme park to the Gulliver’s Group aiming to deliver a high volume park in an urban area on a relatively small footprint. The 11 acre site was designed with very urban principals and demonstrated the ability to maximise the use of space while maximising customer experience and maintaining commercial flexibility to develop with market demands.

The park opened in 1999 and has welcomed millions of visitors regularly returning to the park year after year. The original master plan set down still maintains its true legibility today and demonstrates where good master planning is essential in any long term project.
